Ministry Team Member
Full Time
Do you have a passion for preaching and teaching the bible, evangelism, helping welcome new people to church, maturing Christians and training others?
Do you have a clear grasp of the gospel?
Are you able to teach the bible in a clear and Christ-centred manner?
Do you have a deep conviction that Jesus is Lord and want to live your life in service of him and his kingdom?
Do you thrive with change, and are able to adapt, try new things, and think strategically?
Do you work well in a team environment and welcome input from others?

We currently have 3 full time preaching ministers and we would like a passionate Christ-centred male to join our team as a 4th full time preacher/ministry leader. This position would suit someone just graduating from Bible College, or a person with previous ministry experience who is willing to work as part of a team.
Team environment
We have a collaborative team environment, with teams operating at all levels including at the senior leadership level. We are governed by elders. Under the elders, the ministers share the responsibility of leading DPC. We do not have a 'senior' minister. We work closely together and welcome feedback from each other.
We truly believe we are better together.
Change
Dubbo Presbyterian Church is changing fast as we adapt to keep up with the growth that God is bringing in Dubbo. We planted a new church 2 years ago. We have re-invented many structures and areas of ministry across our churches as new opportunities arise, with more changes to come!

Ministry Traineeships
We are looking for people who love Jesus and are thinking about full time paid ministry in a church. We offer a 2 or 3 year traineeship in a collaboration with MTS. The vision of MTS is to recruit and train gospel workers across Australia through ministry apprenticeships for the important task of gospel ministry.
